East Africa Olympic Qualifiers

This is a very special weekend for East African baseball! From April 5th - April 7th, three East African teams (Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania) are competing for a possible bid to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. It is a truly surreal sight to see pictures of these teams competing at the Olympic level, and we are very proud of all African teams -- especially these teams. We recently came across a "preview" for the East African Olympic Qualifiers and it was an honor to be mentioned in the section about Kenyan baseball. We are honored to be

mentioned in the Kenyan baseball narrative. Here is the link to the article.

The East African Olympic Qualifiers are being held at Lenana School in Nairobi, Kenya. For more updates on the games follow GEORGE MAHINDA KINYANJUI on Facebook.
